This website (runkompany.com) is the marketing site for Kompany, an open-source project operated as a Swedexpress project. For any privacy question or request, contact us at news@runkompany.com.

Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics are cookieless and store nothing on your device, so no cookie consent banner is required. Any strictly functional storage is limited to what is essential to display the page.
Analytics
We use a self-hosted instance of GoatCounter, an open-source, privacy-focused analytics tool. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not build a profile of you across sites. Statistics are aggregate and anonymous.
The newsletter form
If you submit your email to subscribe, the form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service acting as our processor, which forwards your email to our inbox. We use your address only to send project updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also email news@runkompany.com to be removed.
Who we share data with
- FormSubmit — delivers newsletter sign-ups to our inbox.
- GitHub Pages — hosts this static website and processes basic server request logs.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Aggregate analytics are retained only as long as useful for trend analysis. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email news@runkompany.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
International
This site is hosted on GitHub Pages and may be served from servers outside your country. Analytics are self-hosted and anonymous. No personal data is transferred for advertising purposes.
